All products sold by Human Design HQ are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship physical items at this time. Your purchase will be fulfilled via email or download link once payment is completed.

Digital Delivery

• Personalized reports: Custom Human Design reports are made-to-order. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.
• Delivery method: Reports and downloads are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly to avoid delays.

Access Issues

If you do not receive your digital item within the stated timeframe, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing after 24 hours for instant downloads or after 7 days for custom reports, contact us for assistance.
